REPAIRING OFFSHORE STRUCTURES WITH UNDERWATER WELDING

New underwater welding techniques that can be used for repairs, and may be further developed into future underwater building methods are outlined. Tabulated data are presented on the underwater welding processes and current applications, and on the underwater cutting alternatives.
