LEXLUTHER : AN ALGORITHM FOR DETECTING ROADS AND OBSTACLES IN RADAR IMAGES
This paper examines the problem of detecting roads and obstacles from radar data images that are obtained from an imaging platform mounted on an automobile. It presents the Likelihood-based EXperiments evaLUating THe Efficacy of RAdar (LEXLUTHER) algorithm. The radar data is postprocessed based on the estimated road to detect other potential obstacles on the road. This displays the usefulness of LEXLUTHER in the development of all-weather automobile driving assistance systems.
