ITS FROM COAST TO COAST : MARKETING THE SEATTLE AND NEW YORK MDI PROJECTS
This paper highlights marketing efforts that were used to promote two Model Deployment Initiative (MDI) projects. The SmartTrek program in Seattle and the iTravel project in New York are evaluated according to the following aspects: outreach efforts, communications media, market profile, consumer concerns, and measurements of success.
