BUILDING WORLD MODELS FOR MOBILE PLATFORMS USING HETEROGENEOUS SENSORS FUSION AND TEMPORAL ANALYSIS

This paper presents a procedure for heterogeneous sensor fusion and temporal information analysis. The technique is applied to create a dynamic map for the Michigan Offroad Sensor Fusing Experimental Testbed (MOSFET), an autonomous robot. The authors describe the lane and obstacle-tracking procedures.
