NEW SUBGRADE CONSTRUCTION STANDARDS

In 1975 the Saskatchewan Department of Highways and Transport will be implementing a new policy which will revise many of the previous subgrade construction standards. This paper is not meant to be a technical report but rather an examination of the formulation of this policy and an appraisal of mertis and ramificatins. /RTAC/
