EFFECTS OF DRUM MIXERS ON THE PROPERTIES OF ASPHALTIC COLD MIXERS
The purpose of this paper is to outline the problem of stockpile hardening with the transition from road mixing to drum mixing and suggests alternative mix design procedures and asphalt grades necessary to avoid waste of money and materials. A list of seven conclusions is included at the end of the report. /RTAC/
