RTI/ITS IN INTEGRATED OPERATION : NORWAY'S REGIONAL ROAD TRAFFIC CENTRES

This paper addresses the regional road traffic centers (RRTC) which the Norway Public Road Administration has recently established. The RRTC employ information technology to improve road and traffic monitoring along with providing car drivers with immediate and accurate information.
