LIVE SYSTEM CONCEPT : LOCATING AND IDENTIFYING VEHICLE EQUIPMENT
This paper describes the LIVE (Locating and Identifying Vehicle Equipment) System, a concept which allows for the ability to detect aircraft and ground vehicles on the manuevering area of airports based on unmodified SSR transponders.
