TEST-SITE-ORIENTED SCENARIO ASSESSMENT (TOSCA) : FINAL REPORT : RTI IMPACTS, THE 2000/2005 YEAR SCENARIOS

Within the DRIVE program, it was essential to develop and test a set of evaluation methods and procedures that could be recommended for use in the European field trials and pilot projects. This document presents a top- down approach to the evaluation task. The sub-project Test-site-Oriented SCenario Assessment (TOSCA) was responsible for evaluation in the Swedish RTI program. This paper concludes phase 1 (1990-92) of the project in which the state-of-the-art concerning impacts of Road Transport Informatics (RTI) was investigated.
