ANALYSIS OF INCIDENT MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS IN NORTH AMERICA
This report presents a review of several incident management programs in North America and a study of what benefits have been seen as a result of these programs. Each program is analyzed to determine its most beneficial aspects. Recommendations are presented regarding the best techniques for starting an incident management program.
