ELECTRIC VEHICLE MANUFACTURING IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA : CURRENT DEVELOPMENTS, FUTURE PROSPECTS

This report studies the prospects for establishing an electric vehicle manufacturing industry in Southern California. The report is offered both as an experiment in the formulation and analysis of regional economic development strategies, and as a practical compendium of information to guide policy makers in their deliberations about how to initiate and sustain an electric vehicle industry in the region.
