GENETIC ENGINEERING

This article describes recent developments in the use of computer networks in vehicle design. It focuses on the Digital DNA technology being developed by the Motorola corporation. The advantages of using of dedicated computer networks linking all the electric and electronic devices in a vehicle are discussed.
