PAYLOAD MONITORING AS ONE BASIS FOR COMMERCIAL VEHICLES DYNAMICS

In this paper, the authors survey recent developments in the area of driver support systems as they relate to the requirements of commercial vehicles. Focus is on the on-line identification and monitoring of the payload and its impact on the performance of the vehicle.
