TOWARDS UTOPIA : INTEGRATED NETWORK INFORMATION SOLUTIONS

This article describes a new video multiplexing system which will have the ability to integrate video, audio, data, alarms and sensor information into a new packet protocol that is not affected by bandwidth demands. This multiplexer, referred to as an integrated network information solution (INIS), will allow for road traffic monitoring, diversion routing, weather monitoring, violation detection, and safety functionality. In addition, it will view collect, post and store the data to be included in one INIS.
