FLORIDA ATMS STATEWIDE COMMUNICATIONS PROTOCOL STUDY : FINAL REPORT
This project has the goal of defining a communications protocol that will become the standard for all new traffic systems in the State of Florida. This includes the following steps: an inventory of communications equipment of existing systems, definition of functional requirements for upgrade, develop statewide communication format obtain manufacturers' input, develop draft specification, and develop implementation plan.
