UNMANNED GROUND VEHICLE MASTER PLAN

The purpose of the Unmanned Ground Vehicle Master Plan (UGVMP) is to provide a single, integrated Department of Defense document that lays out the strategy for introducing supervised robotic vehicles into the military forces and the plan for development and acquisition of UGV systems. The UGVMP describes the conceptual and management framework within which robotics projects are being pursued, the details of these projects, and the relationships among them. This year's UGVMP contains an update, expansion, and adjustment of the previous year's UGVMP. It also discusses potential future UGV development.
