Light rail is often the best adapted technical solution when it comes to developing mobility and paving the way for the future. Yet, prioritizing technological advances without redeveloping the structures in the workplace and the ways in which the undertaking operates can lead to a lack of motivation among staff, and to a decline in the quality of service, and in the welcome extended to customers. The paper explores the need for efforts in human relations development and the relations between customers and staff.
