THE CHARACTERISTICS OF STEEL FIBRE CONCRETE WITH REINFORCED FABRIC REINFORCEMENTS AND ITS APPLICATION IN THE BRIDGE DECK SURFACINGS OF LONG SPAN BRIDGES

The performance of concrete can be improved by adding reinforced fabric reinforcements in ordinary steel fibre concrete. This paper first describes the technical characteristics of steel fibre concrete with reinforced fabric reinforcements, then presents its application in Jiujiang bridge on Fokai expressway in China, including material selection, mix design, construction technology and use effect.
