This report, which refers to the project OPTKOLT, gives details of the algorithm used for the solution of the network problem described in the previous report, (see IRRD abstract no. 222420). This algorithm also includes an algorithm for the solution of the combined distribution and road choice problem, which can also be used for car traffic. /TRRL/
