THE D-CRACKING PHENOMENON: A CASE STUDY FOR PAVEMENT REHABILITATION

The report relates the present condition of the several sections of pavement, their histories, the state-of-knowledge at the time the projects were designed and the state-of-knowledge at the present time. Documentation of the present condition, together with the state-of- knowledge treatises, provides a basis for the development of an action-plan for rehabilitation of the pavement - that is, for design, implementation, and funding. /Author/
