GREAT LAKES WATER LEVELS: AN UPDATE: BEAT THE SEAWAY FREEZE

Included in the booklet are reprints of two articles. The first discusses the water levels of the Great Lakes and the threat of severe damage from storms as a result of the high water level. The second article discusses the freezing along the Great Lakes. A system of predicting or forecasting freezeup to provide for better navigation is discussed.
