TOWARD A MORE EFFECTIVE NAVY-MERCHANT MARINE RELATIONSHIP
This article reviews some of the factors that have inhibited actions toward formulation of a stronger military supportive Merchant Marine. It briefly reviews the present status, discusses what future goals should be and then offers some innovative and possibly controversial solutions to help reach those goals.
