Unlike the methods and cost model for tunnels developed by the MIT, it is now possible to integrate unknown geological factors and a dispersal of boring work both rationally an in detail in calculations. The zones of cost and time dispersal which are thus created can be used to make a better assessment of risks and for determining which building methods are not suitable for adapting to unknown factors.
