THE U.S. ENERGY PLAN MAKES MORE DEMANDS, GIVES FEWER INCENTIVES
The reactions to President Carter's Energy Program are summarized, particularly the reaction of the oil industry to pricing and incentives. Results of a computer study which predicts the impact of the energy plan are presented.
