CARE AND INSPECTION OF WIRE ROPE SLINGS
The main goal of an inspection is to evaluate remaining strength in a used sling to decide if it is suitable for continued use. This is the last in a series of six articles by members of the Wire Rope Technical Board, distributed through the cooperation of the American Iron and Steel Institute, Wire Rope Producers Committee.
