EFFICIENT USE OF TRANSPORT INFRASTRUCTURE THROUGH LAND USE PLANNING AND CONTROL
The extent to which transportation efficiency can be achieved through land use planning and control is researched in this paper. Experience in Australia and overseas in controlling land development on new towns and old is reviewed and some general conclusions developed. /TRRL/
