THE PREDICTION OF COATING PERFORMANCE ON STEEL

Prediction of the performance of coatings on steel is essential if useful economic assessments of protective costs are to be made. Performance can be predicted from experience or by tests. Both have drawbacks in practice. The present situation is assessed and future methods are considered. ( Author )
