PORTS AND EMERGENCY FIRE SERVICES
This paper attempts to place in sequency the necessary preplanning measures required in large ports and harbours, and the provision of adequate fire protection arrangements for the wide range of shipping involved, concentrating on the operational aspects of ship fire-fighting.
