SUBTITLE: A NEW 3,800-METRE RUNWAY TO ENTER OPERATION AT SCHIPHOL AIRPORT IN 2003 WILL BE BUILT AND UTILIZED WITH SENSITIVITY TO NOISE: TAKE-OFFS WILL OCCUR TO THE NORTH AND LANDINGS TO THE SOUTH TO AVOID OVERFLYING A NEARBY COMMUNITY.
