PASSENGER EVALUATION OF UNDERGROUND IMPROVEMENTS
This paper summarises the methods and results of three surveys undertaken by opinion research centre on behalf of London transport in 1973, 1974 and 1975. The surveys were carried out to estimate the relative value for money of projects affecting the quality of underground travel.(a) /TRRL/
