DRAINS AND SEWAGE PIPING SYSTEM ON A LARGE PASSENGER/CAR FERRY
Description of the piping system of the "Tor Brittannia" and "Tor Scandinavia" built by Flenderwerft, Luebeck. All wc bowls are of the vacuum type connected to four vacuum tanks by a 50 mm nd piping system made in pvc, except for deck protrusions where galvanized steel had to be fitted. Waste water lines are laid with slope. Extensive number of scuppers in galley area with all waste water lines connected to a grease strained and separate tank.
