This publication contains 39 complete papers and one summary of a paper, grouped into seven general categories, as follows: Law Enforcement Communications; Citizens Band Radio and Automotive Electronics; Mobile Telephone Communications; Transportation and Automatic Vehicle Location Systems; Equipment Design, Communications System Design; Marine and Air-to-Ground Communications.
