ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECT OF THE BODY SUSPENSION SYSTEM ON THE RUNNING STABILITY OF COACHES

OCENA WPLYWU UKLADU ZAWIESZENIA PODWOZIA NA STATECZNOSC BIEGU WAGONU OSOBOWEGO

Taking as his example two types of coach body suspension, the author describes the effect of the suspension system and its structural parameters on coach running stability. This analysis was carried out using two types of equations for running: a simplified system of differential equations taking account only of the main system parameters and the phenomena linked with vehicle running.
