It is a large project with bad natural conditions in site and short in investment capital. In this paper, the bridge scheme is analysed. The ideal location and axis, appropriate ratio of the bridge to bank, economical bridge type, advanced structure, reliable construction methods and short time for construction are discussed through scientific demonstration. This bridge is designed to be the most economical one under prerequisite for safety and serviceability.
