SEAWORTHINESS CHARACTERISTICS OF A 2900 TON SMALL WATERPLANE AREA TWIN HULL (SWATH)
Experiments were conducted with a model of a small waterplane area twin hull craft, with three different strut configurations, in both the Maneuvering and Seakeeping Facility and Carriage II of the David W. Taylor Naval Ship Research and Development Center (DTNSRDC) to determine craft motions and acceleration at various speeds and headings. Data were obtained in both regular and random seaways. (Author)
