SOLUTION OF NONSTATIONARY RANDOM VIBRATION OF LINEAR VEHICLE SYSTEMS WITH VARIABLE DRIVING SPEED BY MODE METHOD
In this paper the authors derive an analytical solution of the probablistic characteristics of the nonstationary random vibration of the vehicles traveling straight on rough road with uniformly variable speed. This is done by means of the mode-superposition method, both in time/space and frequency domain. The procedure can be used in dynamic design of vehicles and road surface spectrum study.
