EVALUATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE FLYER WITH HEADACHE
Headache is discussed as a problem in aviation. Currently accepted classifications are described, followed by a systematic approach to the evaluation of a patient with a headache. Therapy is presented for common forms of headaches, with special emphasis on the flyer. Aeromedical considerations and present policies regarding headaches and suspension from flying are discussed.
