SYSTEM DEFINITION REPORT FOR THE NATIONAL DRIVER REGISTER DESIGN STUDY
The principal objectives of this effort are to determine if the development of an NDR rapid response capability is required, and to identify feasible approaches consistent with the established user needs. Emphasis is placed on identifying approaches applicable to the widest range of expressed user needs and consistent with their existing and planned system capabilities. Additionally, particular attention is directed towards defining approaches to improve system responsiveness and efficiency within realistic cost limits.
