A TENTATIVE ESSAY IN THE ECONOMIC EFFECT OF SNOW REMOVAL OF THE STREET NETWORK
The author discusses his observations of a city with heavy snowfall in order to measure expenditures, snow removal operations, and capacity to insure traffic flow. According to the author no previous attempts have been made to gauge actual economic effect of snow removal. (Author)
