Part 1 deals with dimensions and properties (outside diameter, thickness, mass per metre, area of section, movement of inertia, radius of gyration, elastic modulus, plastic modulus, torsional constants, superficial area per metre, approximate length per tonne); part 2 is concerned with safe loads - grade 50 steel; part 3 with safe loads - grade 43 steel; part 4 with safe loads - grade 55 steel. /TRRL/
