DEGRADACIONES EN LAS RUEDAS DE FERROCARRIL COMO CONSECUENCIA DEL FRENADO CON ZAPATA
A very detailed study of the various types of cracks, especially those caused by heat, following the action of brake blocks on wheel running surfaces. A number of illustrations accompany the explanations given in the article. The study is based on tests carried out at the CAF Laboratories (Railway Construction and Auxiliary Work).
