TRAFFIC ENGINEERING FUNCTIONS IN SMALL MUNICIPALITIES

A study was undertaken of Indiana's 2,000 to 50,000 population municipalities to find information that could help determine in what areas financial and educational aid is required to improve the quality and quantity of traffic engineering in these towns.
