RATIONAL METHOD FOR ESTIMATING CAMBER AND DEFLECTION OF PRECAST PRESTRESSED MEMBERS
The author presents a step-by-step rational procedure for determining long-time multipliers for camber and deflection of precast prestressed concrete members. Tables presented illustrate the sensitivity of the equations to various variables and show that except for extremely long members the variations are within the tolerances prescribed. Equations are provided for a more precise analysis.
