The report, which is included in a project named town traffic network, deals with the pedestrian's problems in today's town environment and the possible short and long term improvements. Special attention is drawn to children, old and handicapped people. The report, which does not deal with cyclists, describes planning, technical design, rules and regulations and also local authority handling. /TRRL/
