TEMPERATURE PROFILES IN CONDENSERS
Condensate subcooling is frequently required to provide the necessary pump head to cool a product for a surge tank or for storage. If the required subcooling is large, it is best done in a separate heat exchanger, which can be closely designed and controlled.
