STATISTICAL SUPPORT DOCUMENT OF PROPOSED EFFLUENT LIMITATIONS GUIDELINES AND STANDARDS FOR THE TRANSPORTATION EQUIPMENT CLEANING CATEGORY

This document describes the statistical analyses of concentration in effluent waste water from transportation equipment cleaning facilities. These statistical analyses were used in developing the proposed effluent limitations guidelines and standards in the proposed rulemaking for the Transportation Equipment Cleaning Industry (TECI). Details of all statistical analyses conducted and data used in the analyses to support the effluent limitations guidelines and standards for the TECI are provided. This document is organized into six chapters and seven appendices.
