DESIGN, CALCULATION AND CONSTRUCTION OF GAS PRODUCING PLATFORMS

This paper attempts to describe on the practical level, the phases of design, calculation, construction, and installation of fixed steel platforms. The calculations of the foundation were thoroughly made. For the resistance of the structure, both maximal effects and fatigue were considered. Extensive computer calculations were performed for structural analysis in the design of the structures.
