SHIPPING POLICIES OF THE EEC
This commentary considers the shipping policies of the member countries of the EEC. Questions currently being asked in the community are: (1) Does a recognisable common policy exist between EEC countries? (2) Is a common shipping policy for the EEC as a whole necessary? (3) What aspects of shipping activities should a common shipping policy for the EEC cover?
