ENVIRONMENTAL STUDIES FOR THE WEST SIDE HIGHWAY PROJECT
The paper describes the environmental impact studies performed as part of the West Side Highway Project in New York City. Specifically, it discusses the water, noise, and air quality studies, three of the studies relating to the impact of this transportation project on the physical environment.
