CONTRACTING DIFFERENCES FOR UNDERGROUND CONSTRUCTION
The paper reports that two consultants to the U. S. National Committee of Tunneling Technology surveyed European contractors, engineers, owners, and lawyers to determine how underground construction contracting practices vary from country to country, and from U. S. practices. Data on the comparison of European contracting practices for underground construction are tabulated.
